Develop and get agreement to a total manpower prepare for The Company which sets out the human resources requirements to staff the organization and supply for the essential skills and competency base to successfully understand business plans.

Provide Department/ Line Managers with background information for developing short, medium and long term, manpower strategies to satisfy manpower requirements.

Discuss Department/ Line Managers' forecasts, approximate the expense along with recruitment function and submit combined budget for final approval to contribute to the preparation of the budget for the area

Assess initiatives that may affect manpower requirements, i.e. level of company operations and growth strategies.

Manpower Assessments

Periodically screen and report on workforce activities and review actual workforce movements against to ensure that plans are stuck to and variations are determined, and the needed action is taken.

Identify workforce requirements and vacancies including need for development of recruitment programs (e.g. labor recruitment programs, management recruitment programs) to make sure positioning of organizational requirements to workforce strategies.

Develop a list of job vacancies considering the combined workforce strategies throughout the Company

Job Analysis

Ensure that all jobs in the Company have actually been examined and a comprehensive database of updated job descriptions is preserved at all times
